Real village food. Only village woman make this type of Vermicelli. This recipe is too ancient, at our child age my mother, aunt, sisters often cooked this food for us and now a days, very rarely village woman make it and almost all of us buy Vermicelli from market to cook and eat.

This is one of the easiest way to make Vermicelli. And also one of the most low cost dessert type food in the world.

To make this vermicelli semiya, village woman use clay pot, we called this clay pot as matri hari. Earlier my mother, grandmother use this clay pot to cook food, keep food and many others work when aluminum pot was rarely available and high price.

Today we have also made village bread (Roti,Ruti) also for the kids to eat with vermicelli.
