Live Stream Setup for Singer Songwriter

This is my livestream set up along with a few tips that I have picked up along the way for live streaming. If you are a singer, singer-songwriter, guitarist, duet, small acoustic group, etc this may help you get started. If you already have a set up, there might be a tip in here that can make your process a little smoother or efficient. If you have a suggestion for my set up please let me know in the comments below. I am using my MacBook Pro to stream. In part, I do this because I don’t have enough subscribers yet to be able to stream from a mobile device. This channel started three weeks ago and I am a ways (long ways!) away from the 1000 subscribers needed to be able to stream from a mobile device.The iPad is just for my lyrics. If you don’t have an iPad or second device you could simply put hard copies on a music stand or tape them to a wall in front of you. If you don’t have a ZOOM H5, you could certainly use an inexpensive audio interface with your favorite microphone. I hope you find this helpful. Enjoy your life streaming!
