One week down, 70 more days to go and this is what my meals actually look like right now.
Nothing fancy, nothing overcomplicated, just food that keeps me full, helps me stay consistent, and fits into my routine.

I’m focusing on eating better, not eating perfect. Some meals are super basic, some are quick fixes, but the goal is simple: show up every day and stick to it.

If you’re also trying to build discipline without overdoing it, this is your sign that it doesn’t have to be extreme to work.
