Tips for fixing items before the Home Inspector comes - The Houston Home Inspector

In this video, I discuss some common finds I see on all properties. As a seller, doing some preventative maintenance on your home can really save you a headache when it comes time for negotiations. I always recommend that you have a roofer come out to check any roof over 4 years old. I also recommend that you service your HVAC at least once a year. And, if you have a pool, always have it independently inspected before you put your home on the market. Taking small steps before you put your home on the market can save you hundreds of dollars.
