Tick tracks my movement and follows my path

Ticks have an organ, Haller's Organ, on their front legs that they use to detect a host. This tick was facing away until I got close with my macro lens, it sensed me, turned around, tried to grab me, dropped from the tip of the brush and pursued me by ground. I moved and it followed, in all directions.
I was not aware they moved so fast or that they actively pursued a host.
