【减脂早餐】经典配方的隔夜燕麦,营养美味又方便 | Healthy Classic Overnight Oats

没时间做早饭?隔夜燕麦来拯救你。早上不用花时间,直接吃健康营养早餐,还有助于减脂。
虽然是冷餐,但味道很不错的。

【食材与配料】

主食材:
燕麦片,45g (1/2 cup)
希腊酸奶(无糖),85g (1/3 cup)
牛奶/杏仁奶/白水,160ml (2/3 cup)

可选配料:
奇亚籽,1大勺
香草精,少许
肉桂粉,少许
蜂蜜/枫糖浆,1小勺
