Chris May joins us to talk about the origins and history of techniques used and the wartime training by the SOE, OSS, Rangers and other special forces. Chris runs a Martial Arts course teaching WWII defence techniques. Their core remains Fairbairn & Sykes, but they have also added John Styers (US Marines) and British bayonet training from R.A. Lidstone.
