Kitchen Collective 20 Qt. Hobart Mixer rides again!!!

After 4 weeks of tearing apart the gearbox of this 20 Qt Hobart commercial mixer to repair a skipping clutch and gears, we changed over $600 worth of gears, shift yoke, power switch and in the process our repair man almost lost his finger it's been an emotional and gut-wrenching rollercoaster ride.

Finally we now have adjusted the electrical motor rotor/stator alignment and the drive shaft spins in the right direction now and after 8 hours of fine tuning a itsy bitsy teensie weensy shift arm spring thingy, the shift key finally actuates the way it should.
