How to add headstock oil on a HQ800 lathe

In this video am topping up headstock oil on my new hq800 lathe, I didn't drain the original oil that came with the lathe (to drain just open the 8 screws of the oil tank)

Lastly I used Sae 40 (readly available) instead of the recommended no. 70 (sae 70) or HL-30 (GB30 or SAE30) mono grades, for obvious reasons such as luck of recommended oils and viscosity rating of sae 40 being in between sae 70 & 30...😁... It works just fine.

Am a newbie so I appreciate any advice or suggestions.
