Joining a roster that now includes the brand's own creative director Daniel Lee, artist and photographer Walter Pfeiffer, choreographer Wayne McGregor and stylist Marie Chaix to name but a few, is local pastry chef Janice Wong — most widely known for her hand-painted chocolates that are akin to mini works of art.
