🔹 Step-by-Step: Payments Management in BizAIO

🔸 1. Access the Payments Section

Go to the ERP Module from the left menu
Select Finance
Click on Payments
👉 This opens the Payments dashboard, where all client payments are listed

🔸 2. Filter & Search Payments

Duration Filter: Set a specific date range to view payments
Search: Use client name or the search bar to find a payment quickly
Other Filters: Filter payments by Project or Status

🔹 Add Single Payment
Click on Add Payment
Select Project or Invoice
Enter:
Amount
Currency
Exchange Rate
Transaction ID
Choose Payment Gateway (Offline, Bank, etc.)
Upload receipt or supporting documents
Add remarks and click Save

Click on Add Bulk Payment
Select the Client
Choose multiple Invoices
Enter:
Payment Method
Transaction ID
Amount Received
Click Save
👉 Bulk payments help settle multiple invoices at once

View payment details
Download payment records
Delete incorrect entries
Export payment data for accounting or reporting

Select Payment Credentials
🔹 PayPal Setup

Enable PayPal status
Choose Environment (Live or Sandbox)
Enter Client ID and Client Secret
Copy the Webhook URL and add it in your PayPal app

Configure Stripe, Paystack, Square, and more
Enable or disable gateways as required
🔹 Offline Payment Method

Create custom offline payment options (Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer)

Click Add Tax
Enter:

You can Edit or Delete taxes anytime
