Refactoring stimulus controller to display bootstrap modal - Part I

Hello Friends

In this lecture we will work on refactoring the stimulus controllers for displaying the rails forms in bootstrap model. As right now we have two stimulus controllers for opening the form for editing the user description and user personal information and both the controllers have almost same implementation so it does not make sense to keep two controllers for same purpose. And in this lecture we will work on refactoring the stimulus controllers so that we can open both edit user description and edit user personal information form in bootstrap modal by one stimulus controller only.
