Resetting Maintenance required soon - Lexus GS 350
This is how to remove the Maintenance required soon on a Lexus. The car in this video is a 2013 Lexus GS 350. Typically this indicates you need to have an oil change, but sometimes it might mean more!
Maintenance is required
(1) Turn car on and located left of the steering wheel, click "ODO Trip" button
(2) Click "ODO Trip" until you see "TRIP A ######" on your dash, turn car off
(3) Take foot off brake, Press and hold "ODO TRIP", then click the start button (2x), (1 sec delay between clicks)
(3.1)Hold "ODO TRIP" until 000000 shows on the dash.
The following is what is should look like.

-
000000
(4) It is now reset. Click start button again to turn car off.
(5) Place foot on brake and click start, MAINTENANCE REQUIRED SOON is gone.
This should work for 2012-2015 Lexus GS 350 (other year models). Leave a comment if you tried and it worked or fail (for others). Thanks!

FYI
*I am by no means a mechanic and if you do follow any of what I say, take it will a grain of salt! I am living life and enjoying learning new things by actually doing them! Most of this stuff is new to me.
*Motorcycle and Car OEM service manual tells you everything and anything about your vehicle. You can sometimes find them free online, but I highly recommend purchasing a hardcopy.
