📍Ely Foodie Friday
What an amazing day at 📍Ely’s Foodie Friday!
I always look forward to their foodie Friday, so many hidden gems and always a great way to try multiple places at one time!
We first went for a refreshing drink from Honey Lemonade, fresh sweet lemonades using real honey and lemons. I went for the pink one and my sister went for the blue one. I think I’ve had their lemonade over 5 times now! 10/10
I then tried Alban home food which is a brand new stall which specialise in Albanian food. I always love trying new cuisines. I went for the Turkish coffee, which is heated up in sand. This way it heats it from the middle up. The sand heats very quickly and it’s such a clever way. I also went for 3 filled pastries. Strawberry, chocolate and pistachios. All so sweet and fresh. I also enjoyed the cheese and spinach pastry. The best was the milk cake called ‘Trilege’ which was so sweet and creamy. I’ve never had anything like it. Easy 10/10
I then tried Smash and grab food truck , I’ve heard so many good things about their burgers. I went for their iconic smash burger with fries. They use potato buns which hold the meat well. The meat was tender and juicy, with a unique spicy mayo. The seasoning was perfect. The only thing I would improve is having some salad as well. The fries were also crispy and fluffy with a really nice seasoning. 9/10!
Manna Seoul , is my all time favourite place. Their food is always consistently a 10/10. The wrap was packed pull of chicken, sauce, lettuce and kimchi. The perfect combination. I could eat anything and everything off the menu!
Lastly Crumbelievableuk is absolutely amazing! We went for the mixed berry crumble with Biscoff on top. This was so sweet and warm. The perfect thing after eating lots of salt. They always use high quality custard and fruits. They are so generous and gave us one of their cookie dough trays to take home. This was also insaneeee! I was in a food coma after! 🤤
