Angela Hartnett makes a beef Bourguignon pie | Dish Podcast | Waitrose

This week on Dish, we make an epic beef Bourguignon pie for Niall Horan.

Watch as Angela Hartnett crafts the pie using Martha Collison’s beef Bourguignon recipe for the filling, served with a cauli Cheddar mash on the side. Hearty and rich in flavour, it's a French twist on a delicious classic.

Need a wine to match? The Waitrose wine experts recommend serving with a glass of No.1 Côtes du Rhône Villages.

Angela also made a gluten-free version of the pie for Nick. She ommited the pie case and used Jus-Rol Gluten Free Puff Pastry from Waitrose for the pie top.
