Our News 3 team provided live coverage from the moment President Biden landed at Fort Benning in Columbus, Georgia, then by traveling to Jimmy Carter Regional Airport in Americus via Marine One, before taking the presidential motorcade to Plains, Georgia.

I was assigned to cover Jimmy Carter Regional Airport, tasked with reporting on the landing of Marine One and the presidential motorcade embarking towards Plains, Georgia.

Our live coverage began at 12 p.m. and continued through our evening broadcast at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.
