Efficient way to store an ever expanding DVD/Blu-ray collection in a small space

Learn how I am storing my DVD and Blu-ray collection in a small amount of space for a low cost. This works on shelving or storing them in boxes. Both ways save you plenty of space and a lot of DVD cases that you can get rid of.
