I'm in Pain. Is Someone Listening?: Roland Kaddoum at TEDxAUB

After joining the faculty of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Dr. Kaddoum conducted clinical research concerning the management of chronic pain. His return to Lebanon has enabled him to witness the serious deficiencies in the pain management system in Lebanon. Dr. Kaddoum launches a call for action, to change the way pain is managed in Lebanon.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
