The Apple Barn Cider Mill & General Store, Sevierville, Tennessee

In this video Salvatore Vinciguerra travels to Sevierville, Tennessee to visit The Apple Barn Cider Mill & General Store. This is a great day activity that can take several hours to visit the entire area in the Apple Barn shopping complex. Live demonstrations and tastings of homemade apple baked goods, cider, wine, ice cream, candy, and household products are sold in each of the various shops.

Salvatore first shares with you the Apple Wine that is brewed on the product from apples that grow in the orchard outside. Specials are available with your tastings so make sure that you ask what flavors are available. They also have other fruit wines such as blueberry and peach. So delicious and unique!

Then, Salvatore explores the Apple Barn Creamery where he tastes "Carmel Apple" ice cream. It has small chunks of apples and the taste is amazing. He then continues to share with you the other stores where they make baked goods like breads, muffins, cookies, candies, apple fritters and apple pie.

Don't forget to check out the Apple Cider store and have tasting, and for breakfast, lunch or dinner the Apple Barn Farmhouse Restaurant & Grill. Southern Comfort food is their specialty!

Salvatore really enjoyed walking around the property and looking at the historic buildings which include the Barn built around 1910 and the farmhouse. Such a wonderful area to discover that helps you experience life in the Smoky Mountains.

Christmas and Thanksgiving is celebrated year round with Southern Hospitality. The candle store and Christmas shop have unique items for people of all ages.
