As a SOAFEE member involved in the VIRTIO™ Standard activities, OpenSynergy is working to provide the ideal development platform for the Software-Defined-Vehicle (SDV) development cycle.

In this Arm Tech Talk, we will show how software developers can work remotely with Arm-based automotive edge platforms provided by OpenSynergy’s COQOS Lab. This enables developers to select, configure and remotely manage Evaluation Boards (EVB), removing the bottleneck caused by lack of development hardware.

OpenSynergy will demo two virtual machines running on their COQOS Hypervisor on an NXP® i.MX 8 automotive board that contains a VIRTIO-based portable workload that can be executed on different SoC’s thanks to the binary compatibility on Arm’s architecture.
