Lesson 124 of A Course in Miracles, “Let me remember I am one with God,” invites us to release the illusion of separateness and return to the truth of our unity with God and all creation. It reminds us that all suffering stems from the belief that we are isolated and apart, and that healing begins with gratitude, forgiveness, and the willingness to let go of the ego’s fearful thoughts. We are encouraged to acknowledge the resistance we feel to this truth without judgment, recognizing that fear only blocks the awareness of love’s presence. By choosing to identify with love rather than the ego, we align with our true Self and reclaim our strength, peace, and holiness. This lesson calls us to spend time in quiet reflection, gently observing our thoughts and trusting that the Holy Spirit will guide us beyond fear to the joy of remembering who we really are. As we practice seeing with God’s eyes, we begin to recognize the light in ourselves and others, and this inner peace becomes a healing gift to the whole world.
