Hello and welcome to 80/20’s product highlight series. Today we’re going to take a look at plastic and aluminum handles. These handles are durable, weather resistant, and require no machining to your bars. However, bolt assemblies will be needed, and when using a panel, your panel is going to need two drill through holes. Now for our example, we are going to install the plastic handle on a panel. First thing we’ll do is take a bolt, feed it through, and we’ll feed it right through the top panel hole, and put a washer and a hex nut on it. We’ll go ahead and hand tighten that down. We’ll do the same thing on the bottom. We’ll grab a bolt. Feed it right through, we’ll put a washer on, and hand tighten it down with a hex nut. From there we’ll take our wrenches, and tighten it down the rest of the way.
