Recipe below! :) Pinakbet with Shrimp and Crispy Pork

500 grams Shrimp
1 small Kalabasa/Squash
1 small bunch Snake Beans
1 Onion (large dice)
Garlic (crushed whole)
Okra (few pieces)
1 Ampalaya (deseeded, cut, salted then rinsed and juices squeezed out)
1 Eggplant
3 Tomatoes (deseeded)
1/2 cup Bagoong Hipon
JHMCO
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Preparation

- Heat pan with oil then saute onions, garlic, okra, green beans, squash and eggplant. When veggies are half cooked already, add tomatoes and ampalaya.
- Pour in bagoong and stock then let simmer another minute before adding the shrimp. Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Plate and serve with hot rice.
