Unboxing, a look inside and preliminary testing with FlexRadio 1500 of the Ukrainian 222 MHz Transverter purchased from Serge UT5JCW through https://transverters-store.com/1_25m.htm
The transverter works with any ten meter exciter or transceiver providing 1-10 mW drive at 28 MHz (50 mW absolute max. drive).
The ten meter radio's 28-31 MHz is upconverted to 222-225 MHz, compatible with all modes.

3:57 Receiver test. The 12 volt power cable should be properly fused. The JP2 jumper is removed to allow separate transmit and receive connections to the 28 MHz exciter.
5:38 Transmitter test. The measured output power was 7.8 watts. The Flex-1500 exciter provides ~2 dBm drive on 28 MHz.
