Freeze Dried Yogurt -- Greek Yogurt, Almond Yogurt, Pili Nut Yogurt

Lots of folks freeze dry yogurt for their first batch or maybe one of their first batches. There is
ONE BIG PROBLEM with freeze dried yogurt. Some yogurt works and some does not and until today, I didn't think that freeze dried Greek yogurt was even possible. Today, I solve the problem with freeze dried Greek yogurt by adding bonding agents to it like cool whip, Jello, pudding and chopped fruit chunks. After today, I consider the Greek yogurt issue solved with a binding agent to hold it together and prevent it from turning to powder.
