Kerala Malabar Style Chicken Biriyani | പൊരിക്കേണ്ട, വഴറ്റേണ്ട , Easy Biriyani Recipe

Hi dear YouTube Fam,

Here I am sharing an easy Kerala Malabar style chicken biriyani recipe.
Ingredients:

For Masala :
___________________________
Chicken : 750gm
Onion - 2 medium size sliced
Tomato- 2 medium size cubed
Ginger garlic paste - 1 TBSP
Green chilli -3 nos
Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
mint leaves- 1/4 cup
Fried Onions - 2 TBSP
Yogurt- 2 TBSP
Turmeric powder - 1/2 TBSP
Chilli Powder - 1/2tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala -1 - 1/2 tbsp
Fennel seeds powder - 1 tbsp
salt- as required

For Rice

Basmathi/kaima/ jeerakasala rice - 2 cups
ginger garlic chilli grinded - 1 tbsp
oil + ghee mix - 1/4 cup ( same oil which we fried items for garnishing )
Salt - required

For Garnishing
_______________________________
Onion - 1
Cashew nuts - as required
Raisins - as required
Ghee - as required
Coriander leave & Mint leaves - As required
