Inside Hopcott Farms: Butcher, Market & Bistro in Pitt Meadows BC

[Media] Hopcott Farms @hopcottfarms in Pitt Meadows is a third-generation family farm and butcher shop that has been part of the community since 1932. The property includes a bistro, market, and on-site processing facilities, all built around sustainable farming.

We toured the farm with Jenn Hopcott, met their cattle raised without hormones or antibiotics, and even tried raspberries and strawberries straight from the field.

At the bistro, we enjoyed a grilled beef panini, prime rib cheeseburger, beef chili, tater tots, kid’s cheeseburgers, and housemade lemonade. From the market, I brought home ribeye, NY steaks, and beef bacon, all top quality.
