If you ave worked with Gelatos you will know that they are perfect for blending but it isn't quite as easy to layer them without blending them. So I'm sharing a technique to help you use your gelatos to make lovely and bright layers.

I've used the gelatos in six different ways on this piece, so if you are looking for ideas on how to use your gelatos then this is definitely the video for you!
