World of Warships - DD class gets their superhero ANTI-CV DD

The strongest attribute of this DD is his AA. Even tho' there are not that many AA guns they have a VERY high hit probability chaNce and insane RoF which results in high AA score. This captain is built to be AA gun boat so that helps as well ofc. I would NOT recommend doing what enemy CV did ofc xD
