In US news and current events today, a 'Trump Train' ambushed a Biden campaign bus. The Biden campaign held a bus tour across Texas in late October, and as the Biden campaign bus drove from San Antonio to Austin, a truck with a Trump flag appeared to collide with a white SUV. A Biden staffer told Daily Beast reporter Kelly Weill that pro-Trump trucks slowed down in front of the bus and tried to stop it on the highway and 'run it off the road.' Biden volunteer Eric Cervini said he called 911 after seeing Trump supporters ambush the Biden campaign bus. He said he saw the Trump supporters hit a staffer's car. Travis County Democratic Party Chair Katie Naranjo tweeted that Trump supporters 'ran into a person's car' and were yelling threats. Social media users posted other videos of the white SUV that appeared to show the SUV escorting the Biden campaign bus. Joe Biden spoke out after the event and discussed how Trump himself shared footage of the incident on Twitter with the caption 'I love Texas.' Biden also shared that pro-Trump caravans also blocked a freeway in Philadelphia.
