A Rhythm Doctor Custom level based on Neuroshock by Xaser

Found this song recently checking out oscilloscope vids akin to rollerdisco rumble. And yeah this slaps.

So yeah, a LOT of vfx this time around. Plus some brain stuff! (Pixel art is surprisingly easy) Good luck!

Known Issues: The Rhythm Doctor title bar is affected by the vfx, like pulses and flips and such, but I can't think of a good workaround (that would be minimal effort.)
No "Stop" at 0:23.
