How to do:
Step 1: Open the Word application on your phone
Step 2: Open the Word file that needs to remove the red underline
Step 3: Go to the arrow in the lower right corner of the screen and then go to Home / Review
Step 4: Go to Spell Check and uncheck the Hide all proofreading marks box
