3 years old boy playing chess

I am playing chess with my son Alex, he is 3 years and 10 months old. He knows how to set up the chess board, move figures, basic attack and defense knowledge, some idea about shah and mate. It took me around 5 months to teach him this.

Играю с сыном Александром в шахматы. Сыну 3 года и 10 месяцев. Он асставляет шахматы, знает как ходят фигуры, имеет начальные знания по защите фигур, делает рокировку, может иногда атаковать, в общих чертах понимает значение шаха и мата. Я обучал его около 5 месяцев.

Note from January, 12 2017. I am impressed how many people watched this video and even commented on this. I kind of published one and forgot about this. Thank you for your comments and good wishes. And yes, I know how to do castling now. My son is not a chess master, but he is doing pretty good with his school math classes and things like this. I guess this was my main goal was to help him to develop ability to think logically and hopefully I succeed.
