Helen Serves Through Sports
Helen was born with a T5 spinal cord lesion, paralyzing her from mid-chest down. Throughout her life, adaptive sports served as an uplifting, life-changing, inclusive activity - a gift she now wishes to share with others. After years of participating in HFSC Adaptive Sports summer camp, Helen now serves as a volunteer.
