SCARING MYSELF at Old Hill Bike Park and MEGA WEIGH IN!

Watch as I do whatever is necessary to lose weight by riding my MTB and singlespeed. This week gets off to a flying start as I head to Old Hill Bike Park to hit some jumps. I've wanted to hit the dirt jumps for ages so this was my chance. A couple of silly crashes here and there but I made some progress, and got a load of miles in. We also visited Becky Falls on Dartmoor for a family walk, finishing off with a couple of trips to the post office.

Rest assured, in between the sections of 'guff' you'll see plenty of trail centre action, the odd crash, some product reviews and no doubt an injury or two! Oh and a weekly weekly weigh-in! If you can't be bothered to watch, I'm going to lose 21.5kg and hit my weight target of 95kg. It would be great to have you along to join me on my weight loss journey this year
