Jump Training: How To Use High Volume Training To Jump Higher
In today's video I cover week 3 of my training cycle. Volumes are continuing to increase through increasing the number of sets and reps in each respective exercise. The goal is to increase my work capacity so that I can better handle more intense jump training down the road.
