Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars (Unused Loading Screen)

I Found this in the game files of the PSP version

this may also be present in the Nintendo 3DS version but I don't have a ROM of the game
On IOS and Android this is completely removed

trivia
the audio is completely separate from this loading screen, which is weird because the train FX in the Rockstar logo intro is included in the video by default

The loading screen is pre-recorded, this explains the poor quality of the video

In comparison of GTA 4 and 5 the loading screen of chinatown wars is slightly animated

It is the second game in the series to not include a loading screen.
