Linux Navigation & Output
📺 Linux Tutorial for Beginners – Navigation & Output Basics (BLA2 Video 1)
👋 Welcome to Video 1 of my Linux tutorial series for the Biweekly Lab Assessment (BLA2)!
In this video, I’ll walk you through some of the most basic — but important — Linux terminal commands. Whether you're brand new to Linux or just need a quick refresh, this video will help you understand how to:
✅ Move between folders using cd
✅ List files using ls
✅ Check who’s logged in using whoami and id
✅ Open help guides using man
✅ Find missing files with find
✅ Read file content with cat
📌 Everything is shown live using the Ubuntu terminal — no simulations or screenshots. I explain every step clearly, using simple language that’s easy to follow for beginners.
🎓 Project: Biweekly Lab Assessment (BLA2)
📚 Based on: Linux Survival – Modules 3 & 4
👨🏫 Instructor: Dr. Victor Govindaswamy
