0:02:36- 0:10:28 If you are an "abductee", have a resource or resources in talking about your own experience; I'm a "long haul ET experiencer"; counseling & options in ufology; something I rarely do; find an ET abductee/contactee/experiencer support group; what works for you; is there a local support group available; types of groups

0:10:29- 0:15:00 Are you an experiencer who needs to talk; are you afraid to talk; fear keeps you down & affects you & how you react & behave around you; recommend counseling in ufology but do your due diligence & extensive research on them; "transparency is the key"; you have options; don't allow your fear to dictate everything you do

0:15:01-0:23:00 Do you remember all or partial memories of your experiences; explaining what I remember & felt over this last set of flashbacks, using it as an example for you; being a "fast processor" of emotions & psychological; recognize certain aspects of your experiences & why one is the way one is; support & what it can do, examples; family dynamics; don't live there in the emotions, it's okay to remember but remember don't live in the emotions
