Delta Porter Shower Faucet - Adjust hot and cold, Remove/Reverse Direction/replace Cartridge

Found out later a handyman(refused/did not show up to come back to fix) didn't properly installed my faucets such hot no cold, taking a long time to get hot, and wrong hot-cold direction on cartridge.
