{TrueSound}™ Retro Livery! Lufthansa Boeing 747-8I Landing and Takeoff from Miami

It has been almost TWO YEARS since Horizon last published a video! Life has been very busy for our team members, but we haven't forgotten about you. Lufthansa switched to the beautiful 747-8 Intercontinental for its Frankfurt to Miami route this past summer. When the retro livery was scheduled to make an appearance, we knew it was time to make our long-awaited return to the airport. The decision was made to prioritize this video over the massive stockpile of footage dating back to 2016. We might get through it all eventually!

Personal words from Brandon (BJG): I can't believe we have earned over 9,500 subscribers since we started doing this in 2012. Thank you all for your support, it truly means so much! But alas, I must share some bittersweet news. This trip to MIA was the "last hurrah" for me because I moved out of Florida a few weeks later. I had already spent the majority of four years away from home (studying at UVA), but now it's official. I just moved to South Carolina for my new job, working on an airplane program that you are probably all familiar with. Big hint: the 2nd arrival in this video! :)

Also, apologies for the camera shakes. It was pretty windy (as the audio demonstrates) and it's been a long time since BJG filmed freehand at 250mm. Hope the bonus takeoff makes up for it!
