Tubular Bead Crochet - (Easier Alternative Method) How to start a Tube

In this tutorial, I demonstrate an alternative way to crochet the first few rounds of tubular bead crochet. The method I use physically supports the shape of the tubular bead crochet bracelet or necklace making it easier to see your stitches thereby making it easier to crochet.

Materials required: (affiliate links)

1. Size 7 / 1.65 mm steel crochet hook: http://amzn.to/1zWWfjM
2. Size 10 cotton crochet thread: http://amzn.to/1v5T3Lg
3. Size 6 seed beads: http://amzn.to/16AhJVW
4. 1/4" cotton clothesline rope (7 inches long) for tubular bead crochet with 5 beads in each round. The size of the clothesline rope required depends on the bead size and the number of beads in each round. You can find it at your local hardware store.
