You CAN Revive Your Lavender Plant! (Lavender Woes Pt. 1)
Hi!! Welcome to my YouTube Channel!
I created this video because I had a run in with dying Lavender and had troubles finding out if I would be able to revive my plant! Round One was a total failure and I honestly thought I was about to lose Round Two. I looked at a bunch of videos and read a few articles to figure out what to do and there's not much science to it. I just wanted to let you know that it CAN be done and the "how" isn't all that difficult. Simply put, this plant likes very little water and lots of sun. If you did what I did and re-potted it with regular soil you should undo that asap and put it in soil that allows more drainage. My second round I left it in the original soil provided by the nursery. I will most likely transfer later once I trust myself to re-create that environment. That's really all there is to it. I am far from an expert on this, just here to give you some faith and encouragement. You want to make sure that you do your Googles. Wishing you the best on your gardening journey!
Update: The two older plants were dead dead so I couldn't turn them into a smudge stick. I ended up breaking them up and putting it in the pots of my other plants. Lavender is also a good mosquito repellant. 😉
