How to Pressure Can + the Best Chili Recipe - Step by Step Canning Tutorial for Beginners

Here is the recipe I followed for 18 jars of chili + dinner that night. If you want to just make one dinning serving or try to can 4 jars at first then divide the whole recipe by 5.
5 lb Ground venison or beef
5 bell peppers 5 medium onions
5 serrano peppers - increase or decrease amount based on how much spice you like
10 cloves or garlic
3/4 cup chili powder
1/2 cup cumin
5 tbsp garlic powder
2 1/2 tbsp salt
5 tsp pepper
2.5 tsp cayenne
5 cans of dark red kidney beans - drain & rinse
5 cans of diced tomatoes
5 cans of tomato sauce
2.5 cups of water
