A chef, along with the host, travels in a van equipped with a kitchen, creating original dishes inspired by local ingredients. In this edition, they visit the foot of Mt. Fuji and arrange the local natural bounties into Italian food.
■Traversing the Silk Road 〜 Part 1: Turkey to Turkmenistan 〜

A group of multinationals spends 104 days traveling the old Silk Road. The adventure begins in Turkey, including stops at the ruins of Ephesus, Cappadocia, and then continues on to Iran and Turkmenistan.
