Things to do in San Antonio? Japanese Tea Garden & San Fernado Cathedral [Part 2] Travel Diary ✈️ ]

Hello
This is Part II of my San Antonio Trip. We visited the Japanese Tea Garden, also known as the Chinese Tea Garden. In the early 1900's the garden was just a large cement quarry. Later, it was constructed into a Garden where a Japanese artist was offered to live there and in return to maintain it. Him and his family lived there until WWII period. To prevent vandalism caused by anti-japanese views, a Chinese family moved in to care for the garden, hence renaming it to the Chinese Tea Garden.
