Latvia – the Singing Nation – is a fantastic host for international choral events! Its capital Riga is the only place so far that hosted all kinds of INTERKULTUR choir competitions:

Following the fantastic successes of the World Choir Games 2014 and the Grand Prix of Nations Riga 2017 & 3rd European Choir Games a regular international choir competition has been established here: "RIGA SINGS – International Choir Competition & Imants Kokars Choral Award" was first held in 2019 and will welcome choirs from all over the world to the Latvian capital in 2022 again.
