Homemade Dumpling Wrappers+Dumpling Folding
Dumpling Wrappers
Ingredients:

3 Cups Flour, plus some extra for dusting
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup plus 1 Tablespoon Boiling Water
Mix all ingredients to form a dough. Knead the dough for 3 minutes and shape it into a ball.

Transfer the dough in ziploc and refrigerate it for 15 minutes to rest.

Take the dough out of the fridge and lightly flour the surface. Flatten the dough and make a hole at the center, then gently stretch the dough to make a giant loop.

Divide the loop into two and roll the dough into logs.

Cut each log according to the size you want.
***I divided each log into 20 pieces so I came up with 40 wrappers and its the perfect dumpling wrapper size in my opinion.

Cover the dough pieces with damp tea towel.

Get a piece of dough and flatten it with your palm. Using rolling pin, roll the dough until you achieve an even thickness. Dust the wrapper with extra flour to avoid sticking once you stack them up.

Repeat the process until you finish all the dough pieces.

Wrap the wrappers in cling wrap and store it in an air tight container. Place it in the fridge until ready to use.
