Let’s kick off the new year by going back to business school for a few minutes. How did you do last year? What are your goals for the new year? Planning on trying to hit some number of inspections? Or are you focusing on the dollars and cents?

This week, we dive into why counting your numbers is DUMB, and how you should be calculating revenue and profit instead!!! We’re going to try and make sense of work-life-balance, dollars-per-hour, and why doing more inspections isn’t necessarily the best goal.
