P10AA P2262 VW 1.4TSI No Power Below 3000rpm Water Pump Clutch

A 1.4TSI VW Tiguan with no power below 3000rpm. Codes logged p10aa p2262. Measured values for charge pressure found to be below specification, and engine not making boost. Marked the drive belt for the supercharger as it is driven off the water pump by a magnetic clutch. Basic settings and output tests via vcds failed. Drove the vehicle again and belt didn't move after marking it. Removed and replaced the water pump, and disassembled the magnetic clutch. Found all the clutch lining worn away due to the bearing being seized for the inner pulley. Replaced the water pump and carried out basic settings for the magnetic clutch to avoid premature wear. Retested vehicle and logged boost pressures, and found them to be within specification.
